Cancellation Policy
To ensure I can offer the best service to all clients, I ask that you respect the following policy when scheduling consultations. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the consultation rate. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend the consultation without prior notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee. If you have a legitimate emergency or extenuating circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible, and we can discuss rescheduling options. Rescheduling You may reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule after the 24-hour window, a rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
